Furman Men’s & Women’s Golf Adds 25′ Class
The Furman Paladins Golf teams added two big signees a piece to the 2025 class this year! The Paladins Women’s team added Olivia Hasselbach from Tampa, Florida and Ava Hanneman from Orono, Minnesota. Ava whose mom is a golf coach at St. Thomas comes from a long line of golfers, also lead her high school team to a conference championship as a Jr. last spring. Olivia was mentioned to Coach Hull by a former players dad, and was quickly brought in, is a four-time team captain at her school, while being a three-time state finalist.
Men’s golf signed Tulsa; Oklahoma #1 ranked in the Rolex Rankings for Oklahoma Benton Manly. They were also able to get another great recruit in Ponte Vedra, Florida 51st ranked nationally and 6th in Florida player Cameron Reed. Both of these young men will be great additions to the Furman team. Coach Matt Davidson said “both players stood out in the process and had been verbally committed for some time.”
