Paladins Welcome Dolphins to BSWA
The Furman Paladins (2-0) welcome the Jacksonville Dolphins (1-1) to the BSWA tonight in a meeting between teams that have not played each other since 2012. The Dolphins hold a 8-7 edge over the Paladins all time and want to extend their streak to 2 in a row. The Paladins will be with SoCon player of the week PJay Smith back in action for his second game in a row, but first at the Well this year.
The Paladins coming off a dramatic win versus the Bruins of Belmont on Friday night 76-74 when PJay Smith hit a huge 3 pointer to secure the win. Furman now wants to get the streak to 3 before entertaining Tulane on the 15th at the Well. Jacksonville has a 21-20 lead at the 7:48 mark in the first half coming out of a media timeout.
